I think some people have nothing better to do with their lives than look for problems. People complained that a scarf Rachael Ray wears in a Dunkin' Donuts ad looks similar to a kaffiyeh, the traditional Arab headdress and, therefore, shows support for terrorism. Unbelievable! I don't blame Dunkin' Donuts for removing the ad because, after all, they just want to sell coffee and donuts, not become embroiled in controversy. But, people, really. Get a life! I picture someone just sitting and watching movies and TV and reading magazines looking for the evil boogie man.
And even if the scarf WAS a kaffiyeh, so what? What if Rachael Ray is Muslim? Does that even matter? Not every Muslim is a terrorist. Geeez! You'd think we were live in the 1950s. Is that McCarthy's ghost I'm seeing?
